We learned the 3 ways to read a book and have started to build our read to self stamina! We read quietly to ourselves for almost 7 minutes on Friday.
Writing workshop is in full swing in room 100! The first genre of writing we will be working on in first grade is personal narrative or small moments. Students have been working hard on picking one small moment of their lives to writing about. I've really enjoyed reading their stories!
