What a Week!

Congrats on a wonderful first week of 1st grade!!! I'm so proud of all my 1st grade friends. All of you did a fantastic job this week. We have already learned so much! Here are just a few things that we did this week:

-Took a tour of our classroom
-Learned about classroom and school expectations
-Started adding words to our word wall
-Made our own writing binders 
-Learned about ten frames in math
-Learned about the 3 ways to read a book (read the pictures, read the words, and retell the story)
-Met new friends!!

I hope all of you had a fun first week. I'm so excited for all the learning we are going to do together!
